Assembled. You have to buy a complete Lima Class 50 or Lima/Hornby Class 55 and then remove the bogies. The bogies are 1:87 scale and were designed to be used on the Lima H0 Deltic (#1645M) which was never released.

One bogie in each pair is motorised, Lima models with a 'pancake' power unit, Hornby models with a bogie-mounted can motor.
