Roco first DCC-ready type. Large portion of metal chassis at base of cab removed to accommodate speaker.

Roco original.

Removed from side windows to allow egress of sound.
Paintwork
Airbrushed: Phoenix Precision Paints BR Blue and Warning Yellow.
Markings
Home-produced waterslide transfers, printed on ALPS printer.
Couplers
Kadee #18 in NEM pockets.
Electrics
DCC. Fitted with LokSound decoder (in top of cab) featuring Class 08 sound by South West Digital. Original printed circuit board shortened (DCC socket removed), and LokSound decoder hard-wired into remaining circuit. Original lighting removed.
