Body shell, bogie frames	3D prints by Lincoln Locos (upscaled from 3mm/ft). Recesses cut for tablet catchers. Cab side windows deepened.
Motor train	The model is powered by an ARU Model 28.5mm motor bogie with the Lincoln Locos 3D-printed bogie frames. Trailing bogie uses the Lincoln Locos frames with plasticard layers to hold the axles in alignment. Both bogies attach to a scratch-built plasticard chassis block containing a quantity of ‘liquid weight’.
Detailing	Handrails from 0.45mm brass wire in Alan Gibson handrail knobs - medium for the long bonnet side and short for the nose end. Single open white headcode disc either end (lower right) to indicate a Branch Freight service. Oleo buffers are old ABS 4mm wagon buffers. Battery boxes fabricated from cores of 80-thou sheet, overlaid with 20-thou access panels and microstrip catches and hinges. Three-piece miniature snowploughs at both ends fabricated from plasticard. Two tablet catchers from assorted microstrip.
Glazing	Individual panes of 15-thou clear plasticard fitted using Krystal Kleer.
Livery	All-over green as D8032. Decals all from Railtec Transfers using their custom H0-C2002 set. Handrails picked-out using a silver acrylic marker pen. Weathering based on prototype photos.
Couplers	Kadee #156 (long scale-head whisker type) installed in cut-down #242 draft boxes.
